PocketProof is operated by Clueo Foundation Inc, a Delaware C-Corporation. We built this app to help you keep your important documents safe and accessible. Your privacy is fundamental to everything we do.

The Short Version

How We Protect Your Documents

PocketProof uses end-to-end encryption for all documents you upload. This means your files are encrypted before they leave your device and remain encrypted in our cloud storage (powered by Supabase).

We use a zero-knowledge architecture. This means we cannot access, read, or view your documents—even if we wanted to. Only you have the keys to decrypt your files.

What We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the service:

  • •Encrypted document metadata: File names, sizes, and upload dates (encrypted)
  • •Basic usage data: To keep the service running smoothly

What We Do Not Do

Cookies

We use cookies only for essential functionality—like keeping you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that monitor your behavior.

You have full control over your data:

  • •Export: Download your documents whenever you want

Data Storage

Your encrypted documents are stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect our infrastructure. However, because of our zero-knowledge design, even a breach of our servers would not expose your document contents.

Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you via email or through the app before the changes take effect.
