These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PocketProof, operated by Clueo Foundation Inc, a Delaware C-Corporation. By using PocketProof, you agree to these Terms.
1. What PocketProof Does
PocketProof is a secure document storage application. It lets you upload, store, and access personal documents from your devices. We provide encrypted storage so your documents remain private.
2. Your Responsibilities
You own your documents
Any documents you upload remain yours. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
You are responsible for what you upload
You agree not to upload:
- •Fraudulent or forged documents
- •Content that infringes on the copyrights of others
- •Illegal content of any kind
- •Malware or harmful files
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use PocketProof. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian permission.
3. Our Rights and Limitations
Service provided as-is
We provide PocketProof as-is. While we work hard to keep it reliable, we cannot guarantee it will be available 100% of the time or be completely free of bugs.
Keep your own backups
Important: While we take security seriously, you should always keep backup copies of your important documents. We are not responsible for any document loss.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Service changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of PocketProof. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.
4. No Warranty
PocketProof is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific needs or expectations. Your documents and their organization are your responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •We are not responsible for any legal outcomes related to your documents
- •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months
6. Legal Stuff
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Dispute resolution
If we have a dispute, please try to work it out first. Contact us at emmanuel@clueoai.com. If we cannot resolve it, any legal proceedings will be held in Delaware courts.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Continuing to use PocketProof after changes means you accept the new Terms.
